The Position
We are not looking for a traditional office manager but for a proactive fixer who takes ownership, brings structure and elevates the overall workplace experience. At its core, this role is about creating an environment where others can do their best work.
As our Workplace & Employee Experience Manager, you own the daily office operations and continuously improve how our workplace looks, feels and functions. With a sharp eye for what needs to be better, you take action and make it happen. Thriving in a dynamic environment where not everything is perfectly set up (yet), you enjoy making it better every day. In this role, you report into the Chief People Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Operations (Primary Scope)
Own the daily state of the office and ensure a clean, organised and high-quality working environment
Set and maintain clear standards for workplace quality, structure and behaviour
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and facility suppliers
Manage office logistics: supplies, equipment, deliveries, access and meeting room readiness
Oversee workspace setup, seating plans and overall functionality
Ensure a premium look & feel across the office at all times
Identify issues, take ownership and follow through until resolved
Employee Experience & Culture
Organise events, celebrations and internal moments that strengthen culture
Support onboarding experiences and ensure a warm, high-quality first impression
Act as a visible, approachable point of contact for employees
Contribute to a positive, energetic and inclusive office atmosphere
New Office Project
Play an active role in the development and setup of our new iconic office
Translate employee and operational needs into practical workplace solutions
Coordinate suppliers and support decision-making
Bring structure and momentum to a project with many moving parts
People & Operations Support
Support People & Culture processes (e.g. onboarding, employee lifecycle touchpoints, internal communication)
Support smooth execution of people operations in a structured and pragmatic way
Coordinate business travel for leadership on an incidental basis (primarily supporting the CEO when needed)
Provide incidental support on agenda management for the CEO
Support IT and workplace-related needs for employees
We are looking for people who are…
Proactive and self-starting, taking action without waiting, quickly spotting what can be improved and taking ownership to make it happen.
Confident and clear in communication, not hesitating to address others when needed and not accepting situations that are structurally not up to standard.
Skilled at bringing structure and clarity into environments that are not yet fully organised, with a natural drive to fix, improve and keep things running smoothly.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with outspoken, direct colleagues and a positive team culture.
Adaptable and resilient, at ease when not everything is predefined, able to prioritise, make decisions and manage multiple tasks even as priorities shift.
And Who Bring…
2–5 years of experience in office management, operations, hospitality or similar roles.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability in everything they do.
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Strong digital skills and confidence working with systems and tools.
Affinity with People & Culture processes and ways of working.
Clear and effective communication skills.
A hospitality mindset (strong plus).
