De Functie

Als Supply Chain Planner speel je een cruciale rol in het aansturen van onze end-to-end planning. Je bent eigenaar van de 12-maanden rolling forecast, leidt cross-functionele meetings en fungeert als belangrijke sparringpartner in het balanceren van servicelevels en voorraad­efficiëntie. Dit is een strategische rol in het hart van ons S&OP-proces, waarin je direct bijdraagt aan besluitvorming en samenwerking tussen verschillende teams in de organisatie.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Eigenaarschap over de 12-maanden rolling forecast, waarbij je commerciële ambities vertaalt naar realistische en uitvoerbare supply chain plannen.
• Leidinggeven aan cross-functionele meetings (zoals de maandelijkse forecast- en S&OP-meetings) waarin Commercial, Sourcing en Operations samenkomen om tot één duidelijk, gedeeld plan te komen.
• Optimaliseren van beschikbaarheid, efficiëntie en werkkapitaal door weloverwogen, data-gedreven beslissingen die zowel groei als duurzaamheid ondersteunen.
• Helderheid creëren in complexiteit door risico’s en kansen op tijd te zien en om te zetten in concrete acties die de business vooruitbrengen.
• Samenwerken me t als belangrijke partner voor Sourcing en suppliers, waarbij je zorgt dat plannen realistisch, afgestemd en gebaseerd zijn op sterke, langdurige relaties.
• Transparantie en performance verbeteren door het monitoren van cruciale KPI’s (OOS, DOH, delisted/obsolete stock) en het delen van inzichten via duidelijke, consistente rapportages.

• 3–5 jaar ervaring in Supply Chain Planning of een vergelijkbare rol.
• Gevorderde Excel-vaardigheden en vertrouwen in het werken met complexe data.
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen en demand planning tools.
• Een afgeronde universitaire opleiding in Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde, Economie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
• Uitstekende beheersing van Engels, in woord en geschrift.

The Position

As a Supply Chain Planner, you play a critical role in driving our end-to-end planning processes. You’ll own the 12-month rolling forecast, lead cross-functional alignment meetings, and serve as a key partner in balancing service levels and inventory efficiency. This is a strategic position at the heart of our S&OP process, offering a unique opportunity to influence decision-making and cross-functional collaboration across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine a 12-month rolling forecast, translating commercial ambitions into realistic and executable supply plans.
• Lead cross-functional alignment moments (including monthly forecast and S&OP reviews), connecting Commercial, Sourcing and Operations to one clear, shared plan.
• Balance availability, efficiency and working capital, making thoughtful, data-driven decisions that support both growth and sustainability.
• Bring clarity to complexity by identifying risks and opportunities early, and turning them into clear actions for the business.
• Act as a key partner to Sourcing and suppliers, ensuring our plans are realistic, aligned and built on strong, long-term relationships.
• Increase transparency and performance by monitoring key KPIs (OOS, DOH, delisted/obsolete stock) and sharing insights through clear, consistent reporting.

And who bring

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets.
• Experience with ERP systems and demand planning tools.
• A completed university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
