The position

Now, we're looking for a Data Analyst / BI Specialist who can help us better understand our business, our customers, and our impact. The Data Analyst / BI Specialist plays a pivotal role in leveraging data as a strategic pillar for business growth. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, this role empowers teams across the organization to make data-driven decisions, optimize performance, and create personalized experiences
for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the data roadmap, ensuring alignment with
commercial priorities
• Deliver clear, actionable insights by analyzing data across business functions.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and challenge data model and dashboarding design
choices.
• Build and maintain dashboards for operational and strategic use.
• Support data transformations in dbt to meet evolving use cases.
• Ensure high-quality master data management and data warehouse integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, ecommerce, sales, finance) to define
and implement high-impact data use cases.

Your profile

• Strong analytical skills and ability to tell stories with data.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Familiarity with dbt or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with data modeling methodologies such as Kimball, One Big Table (OBT), etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on data quality and consistency.
• Experience with one or more modern cloud warehouses. We use Databricks but experience with
• Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, etc. is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a data analyst or BI role.
  • Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners is a plus
