About the position

As Supply Chain Coordinator Inbound you are responsible for the management of incoming goods through different inbound processes. You will coordinate value-added service projects, work with our strategic partners for stock availability and manage the inbound flow from our suppliers to the distribution center. Within the Supply Chain team you are the key between the Planning and Outbound functions ensuring timely availability of stock.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Collaborate with our suppliers and the Planner on timely planned deliveries
• Coordinate stock availability updates within the business
• Manage the inbound/outbound flow for our strategic partners
• Coordinate value-added services such as repacking an assembly activities with our packing
partners and suppliers
• Allocation of finished goods to warehouse(s) and ensuring timely inbounding
• Contact person for our warehouse regarding all inbound related activities
• Optimizing processes through system implementations and functionality related to the
activities mentioned above.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree / level thinking
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
• Understanding or willingness on how to work effectively in a scale-up environment
• Ability to work in an organized and methodical manner to meet timescales and deadlines is essential
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and telephone manner
• Self starter, assertive and must be able to adopt a very “hand on” approach
• Proficient computer knowledge such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and experience with ERP systems

De functie 

Als Supply Chain Coördinator Inbound ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van inkopende goederen via verschillende processen. Je coördineert value-added service projecten, gaat samenwerken met onze strategische partners voor voorraad beschikbaarheid en beheert de inkomende goederen stromen vanuit onze leveranciers naar ons distributiecentrum. Binnen het Supply Chain team ben je sleutelrol tussen de planning en outbound om te zorgen dat voorraad op het juiste moment beschikbaar is. 

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden 

• Het samenwerken met onze leveranciers en de Planner voor tijdige leveringen 

• Het op de hoogte houden van de organisatie op het thema van voorraad 

• Het beheren van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom voor onze partners 

• Het coördineren van value-added services zoals assemblages in samenwerking met onze co- packers en leveranciers 

• Het alloceren van producten aan onze distributiecentra en zorgen voor tijdige afhandeling 

• Je bent de contactpersoon voor onze distributiecentra partners met betrekking tot inkomende goederenstromen 

• Het meewerken aan optimaliseren van processen binnen de supply chain 

Jouw profiel 

• Een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding 

• 2-3 jaar werkervaring binnen de logistiek/supply chain 

• Begrip voor de dynamiek van het werken in een scale-up omgeving 

• Gestructureerd en georganiseerd kunnen werken 

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands en Engels 

• Teamspeler met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen 

• Proactieve houding met een hands-on mentaliteit 

• Gevorderde kennis van het Microsoft-officepakket (Excel, Outlook) en ervaring met ERP systemen
