The position

The (senior) Product Development Manager is leading multiple projects across different categories. You manage several projects from idea to execution and work with many different stakeholders internally and externally. You are aware of trends and the industry and have a passion for beauty and lifestyle products. You are an excellent project manager, you are responsible and have a holistic approach to your projects.

Your profile

• 5+ year (senior) experience in product development in the beauty/lifestyle industry
• University degree, master preferred
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator and great stakeholder management
• Responsible and problem-solving mindset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Brand sensitive and gate keeper of company’s values
• Able to work under pressure, juggle responsibilities and set priorities
• Fluent in English, Dutch preferable
• Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
• Technical knowledge on formulation and packaging in beauty/home/gifting categories preferred
